Microbiome Support
I bought this for my husband who was on a course of antibiotics and it seems to be doing good, but he has just started taking it recently so hopefully will help the good bacteria thrive!

Great quality
I have IBS and these are definitely helping after a short time of using them I also have the meal replacement which I tolerate really well. These are great because they have pre, pro and post biotics. The only criticism I have is that the pot is so empty! Feels wasteful I would rather buy a larger quantity.
