Stir well!
4I used to drink this with just water but it doesn't really taste all that good so I now stir into my morning coffee. It can clump initially but just give it a good stir and it will dissolve. If the taste is an issue, there are flavored varities but for me personally, I just want a good quality, reasonably priced source of collegen peptides with minimal processed ingredients and so this is absolutely perfect. Love that it has type I & III collagen and also has a probiotic. Will defo buy again

Best collagen
5I use this collagen on a regular basis as I definitely see the benefits. I had run out of this collagen and went with out it for a while and definitely noticed the difference when I wasn’t using it. Less joint issues better complexion.Â

Easy to take Collagen
5I have been using this product for over a year now. I take it to try and replace collagen in my joints. My arthritis has been better since taking it, but I don't know if this is just wishful thinking. The product is very easy to add to my breakfast each morning and does not have a bad taste.
