My son and I take the multivitamins and the vitamin D spray. They are not the cheapest on the market, but they are of the highest quality, organic and are straight from fruit and veg. I have felt more energetic and my health has improved. The vitamin D spray tastes great and is easy to take, also much needed in winter. Highly recommended.
