B12 for energy
I have recently purchased my second bottle of B12. I find this really does help with my energy. It has a rather sweet taste, but you get used to it. Definitely recommend this brand of B12 compared to others I have taken.

I've taken B12 liquid before (another brand). However I've found this brand to be far better, I love the fact it has none of the bulking agent rubbish in, and its so natural. On another point: make sure you re-order well in advance of running out of your product as shipping to the UK does take a while to arrive.

I've used another popular brand of liquid B12 before but what I love about products from Garden of Life is they are so natural and so you know this will only do you good. Early days yet as only just started using it but I'm sure I will be ordering it again.

Excellent B12 spray
This is my go-to B12 spray. I’ve tried quite a few on the market and this really works and is the most natural tasting, love that it’s organic too. Not the cheapest around, but I’m happy to pay extra for quality and to avoid the pesticides and unnatural ingredients.Â
