Glowing skin and reduced hairloss
5I bought these probiotics to support my bowel movements as I have ibs-c. They do help particularly in conjunction with pre-biotics, but the most noticeable and unexpected benefits are in my skin, hair and nail health. I think it's the presence of the bacteria but also enzymes that helped me get more out of the food that I am eating. I have noticed big reduction in hair loss about 1-2 weeks after taking these, my skin looks much better and nails also break less. I will be purchasing more!! I used many other higher strength probiotics before, but this one gives me visible benefits. I highly recommend.
