5It is perfect and surprised me, I will buy again. Right at the beginning I felt better but I saw the need to take them for a few more days. Â I'm coming from a very difficult period with my microbiota so I'm going to continue in a second pot.

The BEST for vagina owners
5If you get thrush or UTIs a lot you absolutely need these, I had to have quite a few courses of antibiotics last year which left me all out of whack and these have been the only thing that have helped. Might seem a bit expensive but there’s literally no other probiotic with this many strains plus the yeast digestive bacteria (that I have found). I have problems with dairy but find these fine to takeÂ

5I’ve had 4 bottles of these so far and seen them being being recommended by a Dr. on a YouTube video regarding womens health because there is a big range of probiotic strains in this certain bottle. Comes well packaged

Fast results
5This got to work right away no messing around did the job, anyone taking antibiotics ditch those theyre no good for anyone. After taking these for the first time no more reoccuring Uti's. I've seen overall health improvements too, definitely a favourite now.

Seem to help alongside long term antibiotic treatment for chronic UTI
4I took these probiotics for about 9 months before switching to a new one as it became too expensive. I think they really helped, especially with vaginal care - they helped to reduce thrush recurrence, however, did not eradicate it completely. I would recommend these to someone looking for a probiotic capsule, especially if you want to support vaginal care. I took these whilst taking long term full dose antibiotics for a chronic UTI, and I took the capsule early in the morning then went back to sleep, so it has time to work before I take my antibiotics when I wake up properly to start my day. You should wait at least 3-5 hours before taking antibiotics to allow the probiotic to work and so to not interact with the antibiotic.

5These are amazing, so good if you get recurrent UTIs or thrush, been without them for a few weeks and can absolutely tell the difference I recommend these to everyone !
