5The Raw Organic Shake and Meal Replacement Powder is fantastic and keeps me feeling healthy and happy. I used to have it lunchtime, but I am going to rather have it at night, to satisfy my body naturally and simply, instead of a full stomach, with lots of calories, and which will take much longer to digest. Needless to say, as an active 72 yr old, I thoroughly recommend this product to anyone who needs to lose weight in a healthy way.Â

4Purchased a few for myself (Niiice). Dad was a bit reluctant but Loves it and it’s Health Benefits, he was weak but has now got renewed strength thank God. This Organic Meal Played a crucial part in increasing crucial nutrients into his body. Thanks Life is Precious

Good product
4I bought this meal replacement as an easy way to refuel post swim or training session, if I wasn't able to eat a meal straight away. As with all their products I have bought it's great and works really well. Easy to mix and mixes fine with my collagen peptides and MCT powder. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that it has stevia as a sweetener and I really don't like the taste (my fault for not looking closer at the ingredients). I would like a non sweetened product that I can add my raw honey too, but that's just my preference.

Tasty and convenient
5The powder mixes really well and I have it with full fat Greek yoghurt, some ginger juice and lemon Juice and dash of water. It has a very mild vanilla flavour and you need to drink plenty of water if you are  taking in in such a concentrated form as it makes you super thirsty. The only drawback is this massive white tub it comes in:((as takes so much space in the fridge/cupboard and the tub when it comes is hardly half full. Otherwise, I find the powder really tasty and easy to use.

Tastes too sweet
3My nutritionist recommended this after I lost weight. I love being able to get the nutrients and protein I need so easily, but although it has low sugar content for me it tastes too sweet. It also doesn’t blend that easily and costs more than I can afford on a regular basis.

Great plant based powder.
5Great tasting protein powder, easy on the stomach, and as it states on the packaging, full of all the right stuff for a plant-based lifestyle which I am becoming very much a fan.

All-In-One Goodness
5After trying several other products on the market, i can hands down say this is honestly my favorite. From the texture, taste and benefits i see and feel in myself since including this into my diet is fabulous. I would highly recommend Garden of Life products, especially this one, it is true quality and definitely value for money.
