5I absolutely love this product I’ve been using it for around 4 years and would be lost without it! I have inflammatory bowel disease and sometimes my body struggles to absorb nutrients and I feel like having this every morning gives me everything I need nutrients wise plus it’s easy to digest and tastes great!Â

I love it
5I was kind of worried cause it was my first shake ever but I honestly love it although it does have caramel notes it doesnt bother me much. I am already planning on trying the vanilla and couple of more x

Raw Organic Meal Replacement
5Initially I ordered this for my husband for the protein value. However I found this ideal an ideal smoothie/meal replacement. I love the fact its organic and actual food. Also the taste is fabulous, which makes it a perfect meal replacement. I've just ordered my second container.

Flavour has changed!
3I love this shake and have been drinking it for years however they have recently "improved" it and I now have a big tub that I don't like! The new chocolate flavour is much sweeter and tastes more like chocolate brownie than regular chocolate - so disappointed!

Perfect
5I have been a frequent purchaser of this meal replacement for years now. I love the chocolate flavour, I drink it with chocolate oat or soya milk. This keeps me feeling full for a good 4 hours and helps me not to snack. The ingredients list is very impressive and I hope this continues to be available to me in the UK forever!

Light, needed a touch
5It's very light. Not that filling or bloating which I guess is good. It didn't kill my food cravings after waiting an hour so the way to get around it was by adding a few nuts and oat cereal clusters with it (totalling to less than a handful combined) and that is my perfect meal replacement! Completely feels like a meal at that point and lasts for ages. I think that you could try a couple of sticks of cerely and maybe 5 nuts of your choice if you are a woman or don't have a sweet tooth.
