Great detox for liver and great taste!
I have bought these super-greens twice and will keep using them. I take lots of medications and was concerned about my liver. This is a great superfood to detoxify your liver and give you energy. I have a glass first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and it makes my stomach and intestinal track feel great and I noticed it controlled my appetite so I don't overeat a big breakfast or even lunch. Both the lemon-ginger and the regular version taste great. I highly recommend it.

Skin healing noticed
I've noticed from the first tub of this and the supergreen food, that my skin was healing really well! Like I often get scratches and I noticed that the scratches in my face healed unusually rapidly throughout the month of taking these two products whereas normally when I get that kind of scratch it lasts for ages before it's healed. The scars are like none existent. The only way I can explain it is as if I'm a kid again, back when the skin used to heal better and faster sort of thing.
