Delivery & Returns

1.   What are the delivery times and costs? 

Processing times are for working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).  Orders are only dispatched once they have been processed. 

Deliveries are made to your home address in mainland United Kingdom within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail.

2. Can I have my order delivered abroad?

Orders placed on www.gardenoflife.co.uk can be delivered to mainland United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Ireland.  

 

3. Where can I find the status of my order?   

All order tracking information is sent by e-mail.   
You can also track your order on your account.  
 
Your order is either : 
-   Being processed: your order has been registered and is being prepared by our teams.   
-   Ready for dispatch: your parcel is ready and waiting to be picked up by the carrier.   
-   Dispatched: the parcel is now in the hands of the carrier for delivery.

If you have any problems, our customer service will be happy to assist you.  

DELIVERY DELAY 

We always endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible, but there may be delays over busy trading periods. Please note that the delivery time is the time frame in which the order will be delivered to you from the date of dispatch and not the date that order was placed. 


In the event of late delivery (exceeding the delivery time indicated or, failing that, the maximum delivery time of 21 days after order validation), please notify us by contacting our customer service department so that we can investigate the reasons for the delay with the carrier. Following the investigation, we will be able to correct the error: either by immediately redirecting the order to the delivery address you provided, or by reimbursing you (including delivery costs where applicable) if the parcel is clearly lost.   

RECEPTION  

When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible and always before using it. All returns must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order.   

Wrong product. We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not a common problem. We would like to resolve it as quickly as possible. To receive a refund, please contact our customer service department.  You will be asked to return the item in the same condition as you received it within 14 days from the date of receipt (more details in the "Returns" section).  

Damaged or defective items. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or faulty item. We understand how frustrating this can be. We would like to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. If you believe the item is faulty, please contact us. You'll need to tell us exactly what you've found wrong, and as soon as possible. We will then let you know how to proceed.  

Item not received. We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not a common problem. We hope to resolve it as soon as possible. Please check the status of your package: a tracking link is available in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note that delivery times do not include Sundays or public holidays.   

In case of problems, our customer service is at your disposal by e-mail. To receive a refund, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days of the date on which you received an e-mail from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.  

RETURNS 

All returns must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returned products must be unused and returned unopened with all seals intact. Please ensure that all returns are packaged securely to ensure they arrive with us undamaged.   
 
The following steps will be explained to you by our customer service department:   
-   Notify and validate your return request with the customer service department.  
-   Print out and complete the retraction form.   
-   In the box containing your order, or in any other box in good condition, add the products and the completed withdrawal form. You may be asked to include the invoice with your return. You can obtain this from one of our customer service agents.   
-   Please note that only unused products, properly protected, in their original, undamaged packaging, in perfect condition, fit for resale and accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation will be accepted. These conditions are cumulative.   
-   Return everything by post: products, withdrawal form and invoice (if applicable).   

Please note: This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website at www.gardenoflife.co.uk. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer, then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.   

Once your request has been reviewed and your return has been received, we will proceed with the refund of your order (purchase price of products and shipping costs, if applicable). You will receive e-mail notifications throughout the process. Shipping costs for your return remain at your charge. 

All examined and validated returns are reimbursed using the same method of payment as the original order, at the latest within 14 days of receipt. Returned products that have not complied with the deadlines and steps will not be reimbursed. 

In the event of an order from www.gardenoflife.co.uk containing a product with an issue, please immediately contact our customer service department so that they can inform you of the procedure to follow.
