Seems OK, but 4 capsules a day?
I haven't been taking the capsules for very long but they seem to be OK - certainly nothing negative to report. One point though - the recommended daily "dose" is four capsules - a figure that I find staggering considering that many/most other brands usually suggest one, or at most two. I may build up to that figure over time (and assuming that I can afford it - these capsules are certainly not cheap at that rate of consumption) but I've started at two a day and will see what, if anything, happens before doubling that intake.
