Great supplement if you're anemic
This has been really helping me - as someone with the sickle cell trait, it's very important to keep my blood count up to prevent tiredness, faintness and lack of energy. I can honestly say I feel improved noticeable changes in my energy levels and mood. I would definitely recommend!!!
