Quality Ingredients
I do definitely notice a difference from this supplement, especially when I stop taking it. I recently learned almost that the majority of supplement companies get their raw ingredients from a handful of suppliers in China, where ingredient quality is sometimes questionable. I've made a concerted effort to switch to better quality supplements like GOL and I've definitely noticed a difference.

The product itself and how it made me feel.
Been using synthetic branded vitamins for years... haven’t noticed any difference. Tried garden of life’s naturally sourced vits... the difference is unbelievable, I have a lot more energy, getting better sleep, feel more alert and just generally more “alive” you pay more obviously but if you do the math it’s still relatively cheap to take care of your overall health. Absolutely fantastic, keep producing, keep being honest and I and many others I know are customers for life.

Vitamin Code Men
Bought as an alternative to a more expensive similar product, why did I originally buy the more expensive product because I have found Vitamin Code for Men to be just as good with no noticeable difference between the two. Just like the more expensive option Vitamin Code for Men are not full of fillers and/or synthetics, another positive is that I have not known them to upset my stomach either.
