Really good supplement
5After I found out I was low in B12 I got this supplement as I wanted to try wholefood instead of synthetic b12. Since taking it I'm not fatigued anymore I don't drink as much coffee and I noticed a difference in mental energy I don't get any burn out in work. High recommended and I will place an order for more things.
