Great Vitamin
I've been taking this vitamin for a few years now. It's so important for women to take a calcium supplement with vitamin D to aid it's absorption. It's also recommended to take vitamin K with Vitamin D and so this 4 in 1 has got you covered for everything. I'm 18 months in to breastfeeding and whilst away on a long holiday, my vitamins finished and weren't available there. 2 months without these and my bones started to ache. I felt so much better once I started taking them again. The only downside for me is that they contain seed oil. I'd prefer flesh oils, namely olive or coconut. Â
