I have read a variety of blogs on the benefits of taking Vitamin C. Over the past three months of taking Garden of Life Raw Vitamin C, I've noticed my skin looks more youthful and smooth. I've read that Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and I feel it from the inside, and out. I take a variety of Garden of Life supplements, and the effects have been amazing, even after only taking them for a week! I have much more energy and this goes towards my new healthy lifestyle. Taken do many different brands of Vitamin C (synthetic and natural) - this has to be my favourite.  Ben taken these for around a year now and have no intentions of changing to another brand.  Natural and also has the probiotic addition.  I take 1-2 per day, I take these alongside GofL Turmeric.  Highly recommend.  I have a lot of confidence in the brand.
