5I swear by this product. Every night before bed I take this and it helps me sleep so much better and my anxiety and thoughts just die down. I would take in the morning but I don’t wanna be that relaxed and falling asleep lol. This does the job and is a natural product I will def get more when I run out x

Excellent pre-bed
5I've been drinking this at night about 30 to 60 mins before I go to bed and have noticed that it's really helping me relax and fall asleep. This will sound odd, but it seems to produce this pleasant, heavy feeling. And no grogginess!
