5I bought this Collagen for my mum who is 67 and started having painful knee. She is a keen hiker and I thought why not to try something to help her. She took the collagen for 6 weeks and the pain in her knee reduced. It may be because of the product, it may not, but this is our experience.

Love these collegen peptides
5I love these beautiful collagen peptides, the fact they're unflavoured is fantastic for adding to my coffee in the morning also baking is a great way to incorporate these peptides into my sons diet with out causing any major issues. They have made a huge improvement to my skin and my bad back. I'm now going to be using this product every day for the rest of the foreseeable future and beyond. I don't know why I'd stop using them.

5I love the garden of life collegen peptides, I have mine every day in my coffee and its completely tasteless . Or put it in my Berry shake and again its got no taste and is extremely easily mixed away Into any liquid. I will always use this now in my health regime as I've noticed a definite improvement in my skins plumpness and condition and also my back and knees are hugely improved after 3 months use , it's definitely rebuilding me from the inside out. I'd recommend any and every woman to take this supplement for both bine and cartilage health and of course skin health. Win win.
