Magnesium
5The world's best magnesium supplement. I've taken loads of brands however GOL seems to make me feel the best. I have the best night's sleep, best regular bowel movements, making me feel less bloated. Finally it makes me feel like I have so much energy throughout the day. I no longer feel sluggish and tired. Very trusted brand for the most purest products, for your temple.

Magnesium for muscle cramps
5It has taken a few months but I can now say the nightly muscle cramps I used to suffer are a thing of the past. As I used to have real issues with leg cramps, this is the one product I take every night and symptoms have virtually gone. Excellent product

Woah
5I wasn't expecting alot from this, but that first glass was like *WOAH* instant effect lol now I drink this mixed with my preworkout drink every time without fail. I have taken supplements for years but I have only experienced that noticeable effect from 2 products and this is one of them so

This stuff really works
5I've bought the raspberry/lemon magnesium 3 times now. I suffer with restless legs/cramps. Since taking this before bed I've not only had better quality sleep but the legs cramps have 99% gone. Bit pricey but great product

Great Tasting and Effective product!!
5I recently relocated and have been stressed and was having trouble sleeping until I started using this powder. I mix a teaspoon in my smoothies every morning as it has a great taste but most importantly, I take a teaspoon in 8 ounces of water and it helps me relax and sleep well at night. On top of that, it greatly improves regularity which has increased my feeling of well-being dramatically. Add some to your lemonade this summer for great tasting fizz and health! It works!!Â
