Game changer
5I tried many prepiotics before,but this one is far the best. I managed to survive the winter & spring season without any flu and it positively affects my mood too. 😎

No longer a sceptic
5I purchased these after my trauma counsellor told me of the benefits of probiotics. I was incredibly sceptical, and she encouraged me to read Dr Perlmutter's scientific basis for probiotic consumption. Despite reservations, I bought them to trial for a month. The changes were astounding. For a woman suffering who experiences high levels of PMS (self diagnosed PMDD!), I had no symptoms for the first cycle of my life. This probiotic is not only developed for gut health, but for mood and regulation of hormones. I can safely say I’m no longer a sceptic and look forward to never having to experience extreme bouts of low mood for 1 week every month.Â

5I must say I was a bit sceptical on the mood claims, but upon trying it on the first day I had slept better than I had in days and my anxiety felt like it’d disappeared. I felt much more in the mood to get through my day and get stuff done after feeling down and anxious for a while (even though my worries were still there I was able to snap out of it). This was the only addition to my day that I had made and after taken these for a week now I definitely feel the difference and will be repurchasing.Â

Fantastic Probiotic
5Having been very ill recently and had to take 4 courses of antibiotics, I felt and looked like death. I started looking at the internet and an advert caught my eye. When I seriously started examining the claims with the evidence I took a chance on the product. I feel a thousand percent better and stronger and frankly cannot believe probiotics could help in this way. I look really healthy now. An absolutely excellent product. So thrilled that all my research led me to this.

5I bought it to complete my healthy mainly plant based diet,which unfortunately has side effects sometimes.Since I am taking it I feel less bloated. Happy costumer :)
