Miracle
5My colleague introduced me to this Probiotic, I did not accept initially because I thought it might be like other Probiotics but I later gave it a try, It works well for me, I have been battling with acid reflux for years that I was put on Lanzoprazole which doesn’t work but this probiotic stop my long time acid reflux,  I could see a great changes in my bowel movements and on top of it,  I’m free from Diverticulitis decrease. It’s a Miracle probiotic product. Thanks to God and thanks to the Garden of Life companyÂ

Great clean product
5I’ve been taking these probiotics for around 1 year now and they’ve been really great, I’ve not experienced any adverse side effects. I take these along with implementing a healthy diet and lifestyle to support me on my overall health journey. Pros: No added gums, thickeners, sweeteners, colours etc Contains micronutrients and a variety of probiotic strains Capsule size is good Cons: Pricey Too much plastic packaging

Definitely helps
5This product may take a week or so to build up in the system but I have had noticeable results now that I’m four weeks in. My gut tends to go a bit wonky after haemodialysis but this has now largely been corrected and I’m certain this product has contributed significantly. Also, I have started to find an additional energy reserve from somewhere and a joie de vivre. Plus, nausea caused by kidney issues has gone. Now admittedly I have changed a few other things and my condition is variable but I haven’t felt so good for ages. Im so glad I found this microbiome. For me, this is now an item that I will readily continue.Â

5Took a bit of time to reach me, but well worth it. I find these capsules really help with not on gut health but also digestive system in general.

Too strong for me
2I started taking the tablets for the first two days but had an adverse reaction to the supplements. Felt very drowsy and weak. I stopped and started taking it again. Still felt the same and discontinued taking them.
