I found this shake to very nice and it's super soft on your tummy, if you have an upset tummy or just in general, it doesn't make you feel bloated like some other branded shakes do and it keeps you feeling full for a long time too. This shake tastes really good, I've just ordered some more and I'll also be trying the vanilla flavoured one too, to see what that's like. I truly recommend this product and I have to a fair few of my family and friends too.

I really like this product - it curbs my hunger but still leaves me with a very light feeling. The taste is nice, but I do usually end up adding almond milk and a banana or dates to make it slightly sweeter. I really like the nutritional profile of the product and will purchase again.

Not as many calories as I would like, but still a great tasting shake, full of good stuff, but even though the serving is 130 calories, I don't feel hungry for a while after, hours even! I like this after a run or workout. Love the fact it's organic and no nasties in there!

Great product, packing in a wealth of protein, vitamins and other good stuff but with organic sources so there’s less manufactured artificial content.  I enjoy drinking it by itself, post workout (with some extra Garden of Life protein) and it’s very handy when you need to rush out of the house and don’t have time for a proper breakfast! Yes, it may cost a little more then other High Street products, but what you put inside your body is important and products like this which involves less artificial chemicals is far better then cheaper products, especially as more reports come out about the potential long term effects of artificial or highly treated products.
