A must have!
5I have been a Garden of Life fan and daily user of their products for many years now. A staple of my diet is this incredible, super clean, raw, top notch Meal replacement. I do not use it as the name suggest, but I add to my morning smoothies as an extra hit of vits/minerals and overall goodness. I love it. Tastes amazing without any added sugars or artificial sweeteners. This is health in a tub and I can't recommend enough!

5Great company, top-notch products, their nutrition has played a crucial role in my recovery from 44 smashed bones, including a broken neck and shattered pelvis. I discharged myself from the hospital after they bolted my neck and pelvis back together at around 12 weeks against the doctor's recommendations, knowing full well my best chance of recovery, especially from the brain injury I had suffered as a result of my skull fractures, would be to leave all the pharmaceutical products behind, get out of the hospital and concentrate on nutrition, something that our national health service does itself a disservice over. My recovery has shocked all of the experts, except the only expert that counts and that is mother nature. You are, after all, what you have eaten. I can't recommend GoL products enough. The meal replacement shakes and the protein shakes get 10 out of 10, the same for the men's multi vits and the zinc. Brilliant stuff.

healthy start to the day
5I first bought this when I was looking for a quick meal replacement for breakfast. It took me a few days to get used to the powdery taste but I soon grew to love it. I make a smoothie with plant-based or cow's milk and banana or frozen fruit such as strawberries or blackberries. I find I have more energy in the mornings now and don't get hungry before lunchtime. It has encouraged me to cut out snacks and eat more sensibly during the day. With more energy I find I want to walk more and I have lost the extra 'covid' pounds and feel altogether more fit.

My new protein
5I have tried so many protein shakes, I wanted a healthy breakfast option for when I'm busy. The only protein drink I have liked up until now, has been myprotein juice. This is now my new favourite, full of goodness. I have this most mornings with soya milk or coconut. A tsp chia,flax,macha and some frozen banana or strawberry. Keeps me full till lunch and I feel good knowing I'm giving my body some nutritious fuel. This is not overly sweet, which I like, however my children did require some added sweetness from date syrup. Does not have the yukky protein after taste either!

Amazing!
5I absolutely love this shake. I have it whey morning without fail and can honestly say I look forward to it and really miss it when I run out! My health has improved so much and my nails have finally grown! I have recommended this to so many people. Thank you garden of life!!

5I absolutely love this shake, I am not a breakfast person so I have my shake in morning and this keeps me going, and also I have all the vitamins and protein I need so I don’t lack anything. Thank you Garden of life.

Fantastic
5I really enjoy my meal replacement smoothie. I like the flavour and consistency. I have it with organic oat or almond milk. I feel full of energy and don’t get hungry again for hours . I like the fact it is raw and especially that it is organic ❤️🙏🏻

Delicious & Energy Boosting
5I have tried lots of different protein shakes for myself and my autistic son. He hasnt liked any that we have found in over a year and he needs extra protein, minerals and vitamins as his diet is limited at times due to sensory needs. This raw organic meal replacement is so delicious and it feels like having a treat! My son loves mixing this powder with a banana and some almond milk and I love this with water or almond milk. The ingredients are incredible too and I have felt so much more energy and am sleeping better. As an added bonus, the pain I experience from my fibromyalgia has been drastically improved and we couldn't be without this now. It's so delicious that when others are having a dessert, I always choose this instead!

Best product
5I love it! I have had the shakes for a lunch or after my workout. This doesn’t cause me to bloat out like other shakes before. Took me ages to find right product and Thank you Garden of life for your products! I ordered already another one and I can’t wait to try this one too ! I love this product so much and Highly recommend!
