Great Iron Supplement
5This supplement was recommended by a friend as an easily digestible iron supplement. I have used them for over 5 months and feel great. I also purchased the supplement for my two daughters and we all love them.

feeling great!
5as a child i had a problem with my iron levels, and remember having to take a nasty tasting brown liquid supplement. i did later grow out of it. but as an adult, i became a vegan. i do go to the doctor regularly for check ups, blood work ups included. but several months ago i started feeling really tired and had no energy. i eat really healthy and get adequate rest but still was not my best. low and behold at my next check up, my iron levels were low. my doctor suggested a prescription (synthetic) iron supplement but, all my other supplements are plant based so, i wanted to try the same for iron. i chose healthy blood over the regular iron one because of the mix in this one. i liked the fact that it had folic acid. with in about two-three weeks, i was feeling great and am happy i will not need to take the prescription (chemical version)!
